Hey, lovely people! I'm Fauzia Nyagaly, but you can call me Fafa . I'm the founder of Fafabraids, and I'm so glad you're here!

My Story 
I came to Canada from Tanzania 2021 with a dream to secure a better future for my family. As the firstborn, I was given the opportunity to pursue education, and I was determined to make it count. However, life had its own plans, and I faced many challenges along the way.

Overcoming Obstacles 
I juggled university, work, and financial struggles, but unfortunately, I had to drop out of school. I struggled to find employment, and things got tough. But I refused to give up. I explored various online businesses, including food catering, cosmetics resale, and clothing.

 Discovering My Passion 
That's when my friends started asking me to braid their hair, and I discovered a hidden talent. I started braiding, and with God's grace, it took off! I spent countless nights learning and honing my skills, and soon it became my main source of income.

 Fafabraids Born 
I went back to school to learn more about hairstyling, hair care, blow outs and hair colouring and that's when Fafabraids was born. I named it after myself, Fafa, because who else creates beautiful, hand-crafted braids like me?

Our team of skilled stylists brings diverse perspectives and expertise to every braid, ensuring each client leaves feeling seen, heard, and stunning.
