🔄 RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Standard Items:

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery for unused, unworn bonnets in original packaging.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive the item.

Personalized/Custom Name Items:

Due to the custom nature of personalized bonnets, ALL sales are final.

No returns, exchanges, or refunds on items with custom names/embroidery.

Damaged or Wrong Item:

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos at @FafaBraids_Toronto on IG.
